去年的夏天，我们的学生在STEAM科创馆里完成了一个特别的项目——从零开始设计并制作一艘能够载人划动的纸船。
他们用了一个月的时间，在科学课上，在课间，在课后，制作属于他们的小船，他们经历了无数次失败：船体漏水、结构坍塌、载重不均……但在最后一次下水测试中，当一位同学稳稳坐进纸船、在游泳池里划行前进时，整个游泳馆都沸腾了。
这并非某个竞赛集训，而是常青学校六年级科学课的日常。
The essence of education is not to fill a bucket， but to light a lamp。
Last summer， our students completed a special project in the STEAM Innovation Lab — designing and building a paper boat from scratch， capable of carrying a person and being rowed。
They spent a month on it — during science class， at recess， after school — crafting their own boats。 They experienced countless failures： leaks， structural collapses， uneven weight distribution。。。 But on the final test， when a student sat steadily into the paper boat and rowed across the swimming pool， the entire natatorium erupted in cheers。
This was not a competition training camp。 This was just an ordinary day in sixth-grade science class at Ivy Academy。
与此同时，我们的毕业生去年也交出了一份令人欣慰的答卷，常青学子们通过自己的努力各自奔赴了充满希望的未来。同时，也有学生通过KET、PET考试，词汇量达到高中水平，并成功衔接上海、新加坡等地的优质国际高中。
但我们想说的是：这些，从来不是我们最骄傲的事。
我们更骄傲的，是那个从一年级入校时不敢在全班面前说话、六年级时却在全校晨会上自信主持的小女孩；是那个入学时数学基础薄弱、却在老师的个性化辅导下，中考数学成绩大幅提升的男孩；是那些在“心灵港湾”里学会与自己和解、重新绽放笑容的少年们。
常青不是名校的加工厂，而是一所让孩子“成为最好的自己”的成长型学校。
今天，我们想用五个关键词，向你讲述常青的故事。
At the same time， our graduates also delivered an encouraging report card last year。 Through their own efforts， Ivy Academy students have each embarked on hopeful futures。 Some students have passed the KET and PET exams， achieving a vocabulary level equivalent to high school students， and have successfully transitioned to prestigious international high schools in Shanghai， Singapore， and beyond。
But here‘s what we want to say： these have never been what we’re most proud of。
What we take greater pride in is the little girl who was too afraid to speak in front of the whole class when she entered first grade， but confidently hosted the school assembly in sixth grade； the boy who entered with a weak foundation in math but， through personalized instruction， dramatically improved his high school entrance exam math score； and those young people who learned to make peace with themselves and rediscover their smiles in our “Harbor of the Soul” counseling room。
Ivy Academy is not a factory for elite schools。 It is a growth-oriented school where every child becomes the best version of themselves。

从小学一年级开始，孩子们就在沉浸式英语环境中成长，外教课+中教课堂，让语言学习在戏剧表演、分级阅读、西方节日体验中，自然地习得。
我们用“大语文阅读”打破课本的边界。每个班级都有共读课，每本书都与单元主题相融合。六年下来，孩子们的阅读量累计达150万字。
Starting from first grade， children grow up in an immersive English environment， with both foreign teacher-led classes and local teacher-led classrooms。 Language learning is acquired naturally through drama performances， leveled reading， and Western festival experiences。
We use “Big Chinese Reading” to break down the boundaries of textbooks。 Every class has shared reading sessions， and each book is integrated with the unit themes。 Over six years， students accumulate a total reading volume of 1.5 million Chinese characters。
进入初中，课程体系进一步升级。每一个学生的学情都会被精准分析，每一次考试后都有专属的分析报告，每一周都有知识清单梳理。
In middle school， the curriculum system is further elevated。 Each student‘s learning situation is precisely analyzed， every exam is followed by a personalized analysis report， and each week includes a structured knowledge checklist。

03 双班主任制 常青的小班化教学
每一个孩子都被看见、被理解、被支持。
在常青，每个班级配备两位班主任，每班不超过24人。
这意味着什么？意味着老师有能力、也有时间去关注每一个孩子。课堂上，每个孩子都有发言的机会；下课后，老师能及时发现谁状态不对、谁遇到困难。
双班主任制不是“多一个管纪律的人”，而是多一双看见孩子的眼睛。
Two Homeroom Teachers | Ivy Academy Small Class Teaching
Every child is seen， understood， and supported。
At Ivy Academy， each class is equipped with two homeroom teachers， and each class has no more than 24 students。
What does this mean？ It means teachers have the ability and the time to pay attention to every child。 In class， every child has the opportunity to speak。 After class， teachers can promptly notice who is struggling or who needs help。
The two-homeroom-teacher system is not “one more person to manage discipline” — it is one more pair of eyes to see the child。

在常青，我们开设50+门ASP选修课程，覆盖体育、艺术、科创、人文四大领域，并且大部分课程免费。让孩子的热爱在长周期的浸润中，沉淀为真正的竞争力。
ASP Courses | Ivy Academy‘s Diverse Development
From “Interest Club” to “Specialty，” from “Fragmented” to “Articulated Cultivation。”
We are not satisfied with fragmented “try drawing today， try basketball tomorrow” experiences。
At Ivy Academy， we offer 50+ ASP elective courses across four major fields： Sports， Arts， STEM， and Humanities — and most of them are free of charge。 Through long-term immersion， children‘s passions are refined into genuine competitive strengths。
体育类 ASP： 篮球、击剑、游泳、羽毛球、轮滑、外教排球……击剑馆600㎡，拥有6条国际标准剑道；游泳馆四季恒温。每个孩子都必须掌握至少一项运动技能。
Sports ASP： Basketball， fencing， swimming， badminton， roller skating， volleyball （with foreign teacher）。。。 Grade 1 required： martial arts + fencing； Grades 3-4： swimming； Grades 5-6： badminton。 A 600㎡ fencing hall with 6 international standard strips， and a heated year-round swimming pool。 Every child must master at least one sport。
艺术类 ASP： 合唱、钢琴、古筝、陶艺、国画、书法、街舞、国艺（茶香花）……从小学的艺术启蒙，到初中的专业选修，孩子们学会感受美、表达美、创造美。
Arts ASP： Choir， piano， guzheng， ceramics， Chinese painting， calligraphy， street dance， traditional Chinese arts。。。 From elementary school artistic启蒙 to middle school specialized electives， children learn to feel， express， and create beauty。
科创类 ASP： 智能机械、科学实验、Scratch编程、C++入门、人工智能实践、机器人竞赛……我们的科学实验拥有理化生三间专业实验室。孩子们在这里做焰色反应、观察细胞、设计塔台、孵化小鸡……做中学，学中做。
STEM ASP：Intelligent machinery， science experiments， Scratch programming， C++ introduction， AI practice， robotics competitions。。。 Our science lab， built with 300，000 RMB， features three specialized labs。 Here， students perform flame tests， observe cells， design towers， hatch chicks…… Learn by doing， do by learning。
人文类 ASP： 世界漫画故事（外教）、世界探险家（外教）、汉字有故事……结合大语文阅读体系，孩子们在文字与故事中，建立对世界的好奇与理解。

在常青，我们从不把心理健康教育当作“出了问题再补救”的后置环节。从小学一年级开始，SEL就融入日常课程：如何识别情绪、如何与同伴协作、如何在挫折中自我调节……
Mental Health | Ivy Academy‘s Foundation of Life
What lasts longer than grades is resilience。
At Ivy Academy， we never treat mental health education as a reactive measure of “fixing problems after they occur。” Starting from first grade， SEL （Social Emotional Learning） is integrated into daily lessons： how to recognize emotions， how to collaborate with peers， how to self-regulate in the face of setbacks。。。
我们拥有合肥市认证的 “心灵港湾”辅导室，工作日全天开放，提供免费的一对一个案辅导。每个班级每两周上一次专业的心理健康课，学校每年举办“5·25心理健康节”，通过艺术、舞动、团体辅导等多元形式，让孩子们在体验中学会爱自己、爱他人。
对于转校生，我们有专属的心理评估与融入支持；对于青春期的孩子，我们有系统的生涯规划与情绪管理课程；对于需要特别关注的学生，我们建立了完善的校园心理危机干预体系。
We have the Hefei City-certified “Harbor of the Soul” counseling room， open weekdays， offering free one-on-one case counseling。 Each class has a professional mental health class every two weeks。 The school also hosts an annual “5·25 Mental Health Festival，” using art， dance， group activities， and other diverse formats to help children learn to love themselves and others through experience。
For transfer students， we provide psychological assessment and integration support。 For adolescents， we offer systematic career planning and emotion management courses。 For students who need special attention， we have established a comprehensive campus psychological crisis intervention system。
